Australian game development industry survey – Your contribution will have an impact

One of IGEA’s core responsibilities is to advocate on behalf of the Australian game development industry.  This involves us communicating and educating multiple and varied stakeholders with clear data about the local sector.  For this to be effective, we need to ensure the data we provide is accurate, consistent, current and timely.    

It’s that time of year when we ask the wider game development industry to help us tell that story via our Game Development Industry Survey.  Your participation and accurate responses will make a significant impact on how our industry is viewed and considered. 

With new funding measures being introduced at Federal and State levels, and with more in the planning, it is incredibly important that we have an accurate baseline of industry performance to measure the impact of such programs and to support additional programs.  In fact, this year’s survey is perhaps our most important, so please respond using the following link:

Individual responses to this survey will be strictly confidential and only ever reported to IGEA or anyone else in aggregated form.  IGEA has contracted Bond University to undertake the survey and report on completed findings.
